Does it replace Follow Up Boss?
No. FUB stays your CRM and your source of truth. TrelloDial is the dialer that reads from it and writes back to it. Nothing lives only in the dialer.
Do I still have to export lists?
No. You build the list inside TrelloDial using FUB stages, assigned agents and ponds, contacted status, last communication and tags, or pick one of your smart lists. It pulls the matching contacts on its own, and Refresh pulls in anyone new who matches later.
What happens if two people answer at the same time?
The first answer is connected to your caller. The other line is hung up before anyone speaks, and that person goes back into the queue for a callback later the same day.
Does it need a softphone or a desk phone?
No. Calls run in the browser over WebRTC. A laptop and a headset is the whole setup.
We use a different CRM. Will it work?
Not right now. TrelloDial is built for Follow Up Boss only, and that's why the list building and write-back work the way they do.
What does it cost?
